Our all ages, all abilities sensory gym & cafe is designed to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for individuals of all ages and abilities.

Whether you’re looking to play, explore, or simply relax, we have something for everyone.

We understand the importance of creating an inclusive environment because we have lived experience. We know first hand how difficult it is to find suitable services once PWD are no longer considered children. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that everyone, of all abilities, feels welcome and supported, from childhood, through the difficult teenage years, all the way through to adulthood.

Supported Sessions

1:1 & 1:2 Supported sessions are now available for NDIS Participants to assist in increasing social & community participation.

At AAA, we offer a variety of activities for individuals of all abilities. Our interactive play area lets you climb, jump, and swing, while our sensory room features soft lighting and a range of sensory exploration options. We also have therapeutic equipment designed to enhance physical strength, coordination, and cognitive development. Our sensory-friendly music room invites visitors to explore sound and rhythm through accessible instruments like a keyboard, guitars, and an electric drum kit. And for our youngest visitors, we have a toddler zone where little ones can join in on the fun.

AAA sensory gym is a space specially designed for individuals with sensory processing difficulties, we offer activities that stimulate the senses, such as swinging, climbing, and tactile experiences for all.

Our cafe features include soft lighting, low noise, a comfortable seating area, and a menu that caters to most dietary restrictions

Yes,

Yes, here at AAA sensory Gym and Cafe we offer both group and private sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals or groups, ensuring personalised attention and a comfortable environment for all. However, private sessions need to be booked in advance.

You can stay and play as long as you like from Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm.

Our weekend and Private Hire Sessions run for 2 hours.

We allow up to 15 participants per play session. If a quieter environment is preferred, please contact us before booking—we’re happy to reduce numbers where possible to accommodate individual needs, as we understand new settings and larger groups can be overwhelming.

Note: We can accomodate up to 20 participants in the play area for private hire/ birthday parties

Toddler Zone

A safe and engaging space just for children under 5, filled with age-appropriate activities that encourage early learning, exploration, and play in a fun, nurturing environment.
